ANTLERS INN POLICIES

Please explain the policies on this page to each person in your party visiting Antlers Inn. By registering with us you, agree to the rules and policies on this page.
BOOKING FEE (If you reserved through Booking.com or are an active Antlers Inn Membership, please follow the policies stated to you or in your Booking.com reservation or Antlers Inn Membership, and disregard this section) Your credit card will be charged 20% of your booking as a non-refundable booking fee at time of booking. Balance will be charged approximately 3 days prior to check-in. Booking Fee is not refundable for ANY cancellations made by guests.
PAYMENT/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY (If you reserved through Booking.com or are an active Antlers Inn Membership, please follow the policies stated to you or in your Booking.com reservation or Antlers Inn Membership, and disregard this section) Payment is by credit or debit card only and may be charged up to 3 days prior to check-in for your full reservation. Cancellations made 4 days or more before scheduled day of arrival will not be charged (except for the non-refundable booking fee). All cancellations made 3 days or less to the day of your arrival will be charged in full per room RESERVED. A NO SHOW will be considered a CHECK-IN and will be charged for 1 night for each room reserved. Any date changes to your reservation will be considered a cancellation of the original dates and will follow the cancellation Policy. Please contact us IMMEDIATELY if there are going to be any changes to your RESERVATION. PARTIAL REFUNDS will only be given on the same card that was originally charged. There is NO Refunds on the Booking Fees.
LODGING CHECK IN 3PM - CHECK OUT 11AM. Base rates include 2 people per lodging unit. Each additional person is $10.00 plus tax, per night.
CHILDREN Under 12 must always be supervised by an adult. Kids 2 and under stay free.
PETS are welcome in our Ground Floor Rooms ONLY, if they are kept on a leash and not allowed to bark excessively. Please clean up after your pet. There is a designated area for pets with a Pet Station, please ask Front Desk where that is located. Pets should never be left unattended. There is a pet fee for lodging guests. Each pet is an additional $25.00 plus tax, per night. The Maximum is 3 pets per room.
LAUNDRY is available for those who need to wash and/or dry your clothes. Located in the Vending Room (2 doors down from the Office), there is a quarter operated Washer and Dryer. You can exchange for quarters at the front office and laundry pods are for sale at the Office as well. You are responsible to clean up after using the washer and/or dryer.
PICNIC AREA is located across the parking lot in our PICNIC AREA that includes picnic benches and a Weber Grill. All picnic tables and grills are first come first serve. Also, there is corn hole located over there, and a dog station for those who have pets. Please do all grilling in this designated area. If you have brought your own grill or cooker, please park next to the Picnic Area when cooking.
SMOKING is prohibited in all buildings here at Antlers Inn. NO SMOKING ALLOWED OF ANY KIND IN ROOMS. Smoking (including vaping, candles, and incense use) inside a lodging room will incur a $250 cleaning fee, plus any other damages. Marijuana Smoking is prohibited on property.
ROOM DAMAGE/MISSING ITEMS/EXCESSIVE CLEANING Will be charged to bring room back to original state and may include lost revenue. If you wish to purchase items from your room, please see the front desk for price and availability.
FIREWORKS/FIREARMS use is prohibited on the grounds.
SAFETY is our number one priority, please be cautious and mindful of hazards always. Use handrails and handholds when using stairs. Stairways, walkways, and driveways can be icy or slippery, especially in the winter months. Please report any hazardous situation to a hotel employee immediately.
LIABILITY WAIVER By booking with us, you agree that Antlers Inn, its officers, or employees will not be responsible for accidents, personal property loss, property damage or personal injuries occurring on hotel property. By booking, you accept liability for all other guests in your party.
RATES are based on season, availability and other factors and are subject to change without notice. Room rates are locked-in at the time the RESERVATION is made and will not be subject to increase.

CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 2 and under stay free. Pets are welcome. Pets must weigh under 50 pounds. CANCELLATION POLICY
